Random Catch-ups and links!

WOW. I have had so much fun for the last few days!

First off, don't forget THIS:
Find Out What's In The Bag And Win It Today

Next, my "MY FIRST SALE" post is up over at Dear Author. Want to know how I reacted the first time I ever received a revision request? Read it to find out!

Also, I have been posting "Prada & Prejudice in the wild" pictures to myfacebook page. I hope y'all will continue sending me your pictures!

I twittered this picture of me signing stock in Olympia, WA. Mad Props to husbands who will take an hour drive with you just to sign a half-dozen books and take a few pictures. (And props to two year olds who will do anything for a dum-dum sucker.)

I have now signed stock in Olympia, Issaquah, Bellevue (both B&N's), Federal Way, and Tukwilla. (All Barnes & Noble's!) so if you are a local and you can't make it to my launch party, you can pick a signed copy up there.

Last, if you haven't yet purchased Prada & Prejudice and you want a signed copy, please order it thorugh Lindon Bookstore. It is my local independant, and they are happy to sell autographed copies.

If you HAVE purchased Prada & Prejudice and you like reviewing books on Amazon, please do so! I firmly believe (honest) reviews help!

I will be putting Prada & Prejudice on my book review page later today :) It's taken me so long because I couldn't decide if it's more historical or more contemporary (I'm going with contemporary). :D

Dude, you're not the only one. I call it both when I can, or neither. ha. I suppose its more contemporary. Like if there was a die-hard contemporary reader and a die-hard Historical reader, which would like it more? Probably the contemp reader.

Mandy you rock. Seriously, all your hard work (of the long broken road - sorry had to make a nod to your most popular FP story) paid off and now you get to stalk bookstores like corn! ...Oh wow, that was a terrible joke. But seriously YOU ROCK. Your road to publication was long and hard and tough but you kept climbing up the mountain. (Wow, I need to lay off the Miley Cyrus songs!) Anyway, I am STILL so proud of you and think you totally deserved it. :-)

Have I ever mentioned how jealous I am that you grew up on a farm? :-P

I spotted a feral copy of P&P at our local Hastings in Moscow, ID, yesterday. You're everywhere!

Hey Mandy!
I live in Calgary, Alberta and saw two copies of Prada and Prejudice at Coles in a mall! I wasn't sure if that bookstore would carry it because it's a relatively small location, but it did. :) Which means our larger Chapters and other chains probably have it too! I was really excited to see a fictionpress author have a real, honest-to-goodness book in bookstores. Congrats!
