YOU WISH cover!!!

YOU WISH

Um, so, thanks to Alex Bracken, i discovered that Penguin's catalog for Summer 2010 is out--- and it has the YOU WISH cover in it! So, I guess I can share!

I don't think this is final-final, but here's what's in the catalog:





Kayla McHenry’s sweet sixteenth sucks! Her dad left, her grades dropped, and her BFF is dating the boy Kayla’s secretly loved for years. Blowing out her candles, Kayla thinks: I wish my birthday wishes actually came true. Because they never freakin’ do.
 

Kayla wakes the next day to a life-sized, bright pink My Little Pony outside her window. Then a year’s supply of gumballs arrives. And a boy named Ken with a disturbing resemblance to the doll of same name stalks her. As the ghosts of Kayla’s wishes-past appear, they take her on a wild ride… but they MUST STOP. Because when she was 15? She wished Ben Mackenzie would kiss her.
 
And Ben is her best friend's boyfriend.

Ohymgod.....Mandy you have the best covers! I must say, this is my favorite. Cover. Ever. I almost love it more than Pride & Prejudice's....(sorry, it's the cupcake and purple pony that wins my heart). I WANT TO READ IT SO BADLY!

I might be a little late to the party (and with My Little Ponys and cupcakes and pink, it's definitely a party) but I just have to say that this is definitely on every wishlist I have and with lots of exclamation points and virtual grabby hands in my brain :DD (and a nice caption of 'gimme, gimme, gimme' on my Amazon wishlist, too!!!!)
